A member of the firm since 2020, Alvise Gaston Bragadin is Partner and Head of the Employment Law and Industrial Relations Team.

Specialised in employment law and industrial relations, he advises on labour and trade union law, providing assistance, both in and out of court, to companies on all issues related to salaried employment and professional collaborations.

He also advises on personnel management involving mergers, relocation of companies or business units and company restructuring with the implementation of welfare support provisions or personnel reorganisation.

He has also advised companies at Unindustria Bologna and Confindustria Modena on labour law and industrial relations, focusing specifically on trade union relations, as well as legal and contractual advice.

Mr Bragadin was elected this year to the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of Confindustria Emilia and will join the governance of Confindustria for the four-year 2022-2026 period.
