Giuseppe La Scala is Senior Partner and Chairman of the Board of the firm he co-founded in 1991.
As coordinator of the Corporate and Private Law Area, over the years he has led the process of developing the practice, providing clients with an integrated solution offering legal assistance and strategic legal “counselling”.
An expert in business law, he represents numerous Italian lending institutions in contractual and bankruptcy litigation, and advises companies on extraordinary transactions and business crises.
Mr La Scala is Editor-in-Chief of Iusletter and “IusTrend – il verso del diritto”, editorial projects published by the firm.
He holds the office of chair or member of the Board of Directors of several financial or industrial companies and is Vice-President of the A.C. Milan Small Shareholders Association.
