Niccolò Pisaneschi joined La Scala in 2019 and is the Partner overseeing the Business Practice and Coordinator of the UTP Project since 2022.
As a member of the corporate area, he specifically focuses on extraordinary transactions and the impact of regulations on the management of non-performing exposures. He advises financial institutions and companies in private equity, leveraged/management buy-outs and corporate restructuring transactions.
Mr Pisaneschi is associate professor of Civil Procedural Law at the University of Siena, and author of articles and analyses on civil procedural law for major trade publications.
