{"id":1256,"date":"2022-06-10T08:18:39","date_gmt":"2022-06-10T06:18:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/?page_id=1256"},"modified":"2022-07-12T16:05:54","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T14:05:54","slug":"wellbeing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/lascalaw.com\/en\/esg\/wellbeing\/","title":{"rendered":"Wellbeing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>WELFARE PLAN<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As early as 2016, La Scala was one of the first law firms to launch a <strong>structured welfare plan<\/strong> designed to improve work-life balance for members of the firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five years after the plan was adopted, <strong>90 baby bonuses<\/strong> have been disbursed and, each year, around <strong>50 school bonuses<\/strong> are disbursed to families with school-age children. Within the first three years of implementation, we allocated a total of <strong>EUR 255,000<\/strong> to this initiative, with an annual budget of around EUR 55,000. This figure was basically doubled (EUR 100,000) with the renewal of the welfare plan in the three-year 2021-2024 period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We further decided to extend the Unisalute &#8211; Gestione Professionisti <strong>health insurance cover<\/strong>, already in place for all staff members, to all Group employees as well. Unisalute &#8211; Gestione Professionisti provides many <strong>health services<\/strong>, free of charge (or with a lump sum reimbursement) and some benefits to support families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the above, recently professionals in the Milan office have the opportunity to use an <strong>environmentally friendly<\/strong> and sustainable Citroen <strong>electric car<\/strong>, called AMI, free of charge for <strong>both work and personal needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.700<\/strong> WELFARE CREDIT APPLICATIONS<\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>WELFARE PLAN As early as 2016, La Scala was one of the first law firms to launch a structured welfare plan designed to improve work-life balance for members of the firm.
