Sustainability has always been one of our core values, both in our internal policies and business decisions. Most importantly, starting in 2019, we have adopted strong environmental sustainability policies providing all members of the firm with a green decalogue, recommending certain actions to be adopted, not just in the workplace.
Moreover, in support of environmental sustainability, we have:
Provided an urban bottle to all employees and collaborators to reduce waste.
Enacted paper-saving policies, opting for digital. Whenever it is essential to use the printer, we choose recycled paper or paper from FSC-certified forests.
Implemented technologies (Teams, Zoom, etc.) aimed at reducing travel and transfers.
Replaced plastic materials with compostable materials in meeting rooms and coffee machines.
Envisaged using public transport (train) for work-related travel to clients (where possible) and to our locations.
Acquired electric car and e-bikes available to everyone for short journeys within the city of Milan
