Attention to people and shared knowledge are our strengths. In order to keep knowledge current, shared and consistent, we have developed a structured in-house training system for independent contractors, trainees and employees. Every year we hold numerous seminars and events on both legal and cultural topics, with the conviction that only an attorney and, overall, any worker who is more intellectually motivated is not only a better human being, but also a better professional.

In 2016, we were among the first firms in Italy to launch a corporate welfare plan designed to improve the work-life balance of the firm's members. The plan involves three types of benefits: welfare bonus, school bonus and baby bonus. Staff and professionals alike have access to it.

Owing to our commitment to education and culture and to the empowerment of women and young people, we received the Best Place to Work distinction at the TopLegal Awards in 2015.
