Antonio Ferraguto joined the firm in 2020 as Partner and Co-Head of the Litigation Department.
He primarily specialises in commercial, banking, financial and insolvency law, through both representation and defence in court and arbitration litigation, and through the provision of advice and assistance out of court.
He is experienced in coordinating the management and credit recovery of multinational companies and complex organisations, leaders in their field.
Mr Ferraguto regularly speaks at conferences and training courses on commercial, banking, finance and bankruptcy matters.
