Francesco Concio joined the firm in 2012 and is Partner since 2018. He is a member of the Legal Recovery team.

He mainly practices large-scale litigation in the banking and financial area, with a focus on credit recovery.

He is also experienced in the management and resolution of banking and non-banking law issues relating to leasing, consumer credit, assignment of employee loans paid back through the deduction of no more than one fifth of salary or pension payment and reporting to the Bank of Italy’s central credit register and private credit registers.

Mr Concio is the author of a number of articles on leasing and consumer credit for leading trade publications.
