Laura Pelucchi joined the firm in 2012 and is Partner since 2019.
She specialises in banking litigation with a focus on credit management and recovery, advising and acting for leading lending institutions at all stages of credit evaluation.
She provides assistance to clients by investigating all recoverability profiles and directly coordinating all out-of-court and in-court management and recovery processes of overdue bank loans and non-performing loans.
Ms Pelucchi is the author of numerous publications and magazine articles with a focus on banking and enforcement procedures.
She is a speaker at industry conferences and lectures at courses and seminars for both legal professionals and bank clients.
She is a member of the scientific committee and an instructor for the “La Scala Youth Programme”.
