Luciana Cipolla joined the firm in 1998 and is Partner since 2003. She is Head of the Competition Department and Co-Head of the Litigation Department.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of La Scala.

She advises on all legal issues related to the financial difficulties and insolvency of public companies, with a special focus on insolvency proceedings (bankruptcy, composition with creditors, extraordinary administration and administrative compulsory liquidation); she also counsels on all issues related to the restructuring and consolidation of debts, and the reorganisation of companies in financial distress.

Ms Cipolla is Editor-in-Chief of Iusletter and IusTrend, editorial projects of La Scala. She coordinates the scientific committee of Iusletter Formazione and is a speaker at numerous conferences.

Ms Cipolla is the author of several articles and analyses on competition procedures for leading industry publications.
