Massimo Lattuada joined the firm in 2001 and is Partner since 2010. He is Head of the NPLs team and Co-Head of the Due Diligence team.

He supervises the team dedicated exclusively to the management of NPLs, covering all the firm’s offices, and is particularly focused on providing support in the due diligence of portfolios and in their outsourced management.

Mr Lattuada practises banking law in particular, assisting clients in the in court and out-of-court phases of credit recovery, as well as managing banking litigation.
