Co-founder and Partner of La Scala since 1991, Paola Ventura’s practice focuses on family law.
She has extensive experience in managing marital and, more generally, family conflicts. Her comprehensive expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) systems ensures that she can advise clients not only in conventional court proceedings, but also in choosing the “tailor-made” solution best suited to the type of conflict in which they are involved.
She is trained in collaborative practices and parenting coordination, and is a civil and family mediator since 1999.

Since 2005, she has been involved in training work, having gained significant professional expertise and experience not only in conducting and managing numerous courses, but also in planning and developing complex and varied training courses for professionals.
Ms Ventura is responsible for organising the training courses for mediation (civil and family) and negotiation of the Fondazione Forense di Milano. At the firm, she is the contact person, and instructor, of the two-year Master’s Degree Course in Family Law.
She has conducted training courses at public and private universities, for numerous professional associations and forensic institutions.
