Simona Daminelli joined the firm in 1999 and is Partner since 2009. She is a member of the Banking Litigation team.

An expert in banking law, she advises clients in in- and out-of-court phases of credit recovery, in mediation and assisted negotiation proceedings, and in managing banking litigation.

 

She is particularly experienced in matters involving compound interest, banking transparency and anti-usury law and in disputes concerning the circulation of debt instruments and in contractual security arrangements.

Ms Daminelli is the author of articles and analyses on banking law for major trade publications and is a speaker at conferences on banking litigation.
