Stefano Gerunda joined the firm in 2022 and is Lateral Partner and Head of the Criminal Law Team.
He advises and represents clients, both in and out of court, in all areas of corporate criminal law, as well as in matters of compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, criminal risk prevention in extraordinary transactions, and advice to members of boards of directors, boards of statutory auditors, and supervisory bodies.

He has also advised national and international lending institutions for many years on the recovery of credits claimed on assets attached in the context of criminal proceedings and proceedings involving preventive measures (Legislative Decree 159/2011).
Since 2018, Mr Gerunda is adjunct professor in criminal matters at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
